After months and months of deciding whether to get myself a new camera or not, I’ve finally gone and done it. I am now officially part of an Olympian Olympus Pen club. For the past years I’ve been using a Nikon D90 which is a fantastic piece of tech, but for days out and trips abroad it’s just not practical for those spontaneous snaps. Whilst the Nikon isn’t the heaviest camera in the world, it’s more the size that’s an issue. Cramming it into a beach bag for the day definitely isn’t an option which eventually I will ended up using a mobile phone. This led me to the decision that purchasing a compact camera before I jet off to a couple of travels planned ahead.

Becoming an "Olympian"
